Fertility issues affect the ability to become pregnant. Infertility is the inability to create or sustain a pregnancy after one year of attempts. Fertility treatments include medications (e.g., ovulations drugs), assisted reproductive technology (e.g., in vitro fertilization), artificial insemination, intrauterine insemination, surrogacy and even adoption.
